Meditation and Leadership
Through meditation we learn to strengthen the quality of our attention, to be more awake and present in the moment and open to manifold and fresh possibilities for the future. Inner balance and stillness can bring clarity and deeper, more wisdom-filled insight into how we conduct ourselves and the situations into which life places us.
In this workshop we will explore the relationship between inner work (such as meditation) and creating capacities for leadership, be it for personal strengthening and empowerment, for leading teams and organisations and for shaping processes in which societal transformation and development can take place.
