Will the conference take place in-person?

Unfortunately not. Due to the current restrictions we will instead have a digital conference, to connect as many of us as possible, and at the same time explore together what influence the digital media has on our meditative work and in our living connections.

Which time zone will the conference be in?

The conference will be in Swiss time, which is currently Central European Summer Time (CEST).

What digital platform will be used?

We will be using Zoom. You will need to be able to connect to Zoom with your internet browser, or with the Zoom app on your phone or desktop. You can download the Zoom app / desktop version here: https://zoom.us/download. Google Chrome has proven to be the most stable browser for this website and internet access to Zoom.

How do I access the Zoom links for the workshops and sessions?

Please register to confirm your attendance. A few days before the conference, we will email you the link to a webpage, which will have all the Zoom links you need for the duration of the conference.

Where can I find more information about the workshops (Red Sessions and Green Sessions)?

The website will be updated regularly and further information will be made available in the days leading up to the conference. For now, please familiarise yourself with the colour codes of the workshops, to help you navigate which workshops might suit your interests. These colour codes are described in the Timetable.

When and how do I choose my preferred workshop (A/B, W/X/Y/Z)?

The workshops are all free to attend, and no choice is necessary ahead of time. Simply choose on the day, and connect to the meeting in good time (5 minutes before the start) using the appropriate zoom link. If there are multiple sessions for your chosen workshop (e.g. 3 Red Sessions, 3 Blue Sessions and 2 Green Sessions with Rolf Heine) please attend all sessions, as there will be a progression. Zoom links are available once you have registered for the conference).
